Crises in different spheres, economic, political, social, to which our states and societies have sought responses that, in the best of cases, have alleviated some of the symptoms of the crisis, but have definitely not attacked the causes and have not they set out to banish them.</p> <p>In the midst of this scenario, the COVID 19 pandemic reached our continent at the beginning of 2020. A critical test for our states and societies that revealed more weaknesses than strengths. This element deepened and diversified the crisis that we were already dragging. One of the most complex dimensions of this crisis context is that of communication. Communication in its diverse and complex spheres, not only what the traditional media do or do not do. This installment of the Political, Globality and Citizenship Scientific Journal addresses the issue of communication and crisis. The 14 articles in this issue address both dimensions from very different perspectives and place their analyzes in very varied contexts.</p>}, number={16}, journal={Política, Globalidad y Ciudadanía}, author={Olivera Cárdenas, Luis}, year={2022}, month={Jun.}, pages={1} }
