Abstract

The work is organized into three chapters, in the first of them, the different mechanisms or conceptual instruments that will allow observing the relationships that occur between the party and the ruler are given; in the second chapter, it is explained in a general way what is militancy and its variations in the partisan sphere. Concepts of authors, analytical lines and theoretical approaches are recovered in a brief and precise state of knowledge of the subject; the third chapter seeks to describe, understand and explain the perceptions of the militancy regarding two dimensions that operationalize the relations between the winning party Elections and Governance: Cabinet Integration and Policy Making.
