“Procomún” Laboratory and Actor-Network Theory: Proposal for Application on the Reform Process of the Mexican Water Law

Abstract

This text intends to encourage the use of the Mexican civil society of the “Procomún” Laboratory and of the Actor-Network Theory in order to increase and improve the citizens’ participation in relation to an issue that can be characterized both as a social matter in terms of food security governance, as well as a national security problem: the Mexican Water Law Reform.

Estudiante del Doctorado en Estudios Humanísticos con foco en Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad del Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. Actualmente se desempeña como Gerente Jurídico Internacional en Alfa, S.A.B. de C.V. Titular de la Comisión de Energía de la ANADE, N.L.
