The competencies of Egress and its relationship with the labor market in the area of Political Sciences

Abstract

This article is the product of a research, which objective was to determine if the competences used in the Bachelor of Political Science are adequate. The method of analysis was applied, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, under a correlational level. After analyzing the results, it was found that: there is a correlation between the competences of graduation and the labor competences that work requires in the three main aspects of labor demand. It is concluded that it is important that graduates can adapt to the demands of employment, and this is achieved through the fulfillment and development of skills that allow them to be placed in a competitive context that demands educational quality and adaptation to change.
