This edition is conceived as a space for deep reflection, where rigorous analyses of the economic, social, and political dynamics shaping both the national and international context converge. Through a variety of methodological and theoretical approaches, the articles included in this edition address complex phenomena ranging from the interaction between global actors to business competitiveness, social responsibility, and the challenges faced by key sectors such as tourism, education, and agribusiness. This issue not only offers a critical perspective on contemporary realities but also highlights the urgent need to adapt to global changes, with an emphasis on sustainability and inclusion. Furthermore, the studies presented explore how the tensions between globalization and local realities affect various spheres of human, economic, and political development. Research on topics such as migration, employment, public policies, and social innovation reinforces the idea that solutions to global challenges must be multifaceted and collaborative, involving different actors at all levels of society. This issue invites readers to engage in debates that connect local realities with global trends, opening new possibilities for critical understanding and informed strategic action that drive change toward a more just, sustainable, and equitable future in all dimensions of knowledge and social practice.
